The house features five beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Two double bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind, featuring plush beds dressed in luxurious hotel-quality linens.

Three en-suite bedrooms, offering added privacy and convenience, with their own modern bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, and all essential cutlery and utensils.

The property has three bathrooms, including three en-suites and a shared bathroom, all fitted with refreshing showers. To make your stay even more seamless, we provide complimentary toiletries, soft fluffy towels, and fresh linen for your use.

Before your arrival, the house will be professionally cleaned to the highest standards, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment where you can feel right at home.

Your Stay & Additional Services

We provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay.

Need extra linen? Additional linen packs are available for £40 per pack, simply message me, and I will let you know where they are stored or arrange a delivery. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please get in touch.

Whilst I will not be available in person, a professional management company oversees the property, ensuring a flawless experience throughout your stay.

Check-in & House Rules

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in delays.

House Rules:

No parties, events, or loud music.

No smoking inside the house, £750 penalty applies for smoking indoors.

 No illegal substances on the premises.

We take cleanliness very seriously and strive to provide a spotless and comfortable environment for every guest. If you notice any issues with cleanliness upon check-in, please notify us within 2 hours of arrival so we can address them promptly.

Please note that cleanliness concerns raised after check-out cannot be accommodated.
